What skin types are your products for?

Our skincare has been formulated for use on all skin types. But if you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website.

 

Are your products really natural?

Our products are always create with 99%~100% natural ingredient.

 

Are your products vegan?

Yes. All our products are vegan.

 

Does Noku Noku use parabens or sulfates?

Noku Noku does not use parabens or sulfates in any of our products.

 

Do you test products on animals?

Noku Noku does not test products on animals. And always will be.

 

Are your products safe?

Yes, all products are free of toxic and harmful chemicals, and have been tested by a board certified dermatologist.

 

How should I store it?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, and away from direct sunlight.

 

Can I only purchase through website?

At this time, Noku Noku only available on www.nokunoku.com. 

 

 

Orders

Prices and Payment?

All prices on the Noku Noku website are in TAIWAN dollars and are applicable sales taxes included. Noku Noku accepts payments via credit card. (Visa, Mastercard, or JCB)

 

Where does Noku Noku ship?

We ship to most countries worldwide. All international packages are shipped via DHL and domestic packages (Taiwan) are shipped by Pelican. 

 

What is the cost of shipping?

Pelican - Domestic (Taiwan) NT $100

DHL - All international  NT $750 

Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

 

When will my order ship?

Once you place an order, we process and ship it. Processing can take 1-2 business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within TAIWAN is 1-3 business days, and 3-5 business days internationally. 

 

Can I change or edit my shipping address?

Can I return my order?

International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. For Taiwan return please visit our returns & exchanges page.

 

Can I exchanges my products? 

Unfortunately, we can't support exchanges at this time.

 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
